This large-scale architectural 3D model perfectly restores the overall planning of the comprehensive commercial plaza, including modern commercial buildings, pedestrian streets, central fountain square and multi-layered green landscape zones. It is a high-end exhibit for urban planning, real estate display and project bidding.
1. Synchronized Fiber Optic Music Fountain (Core Technical Highlight)
The central square is equipped with a programmable light fountain system. We built hundreds of miniature light rods embedded with optical fiber light sources.
All lighting effects are synchronized with audio rhythms. The lights flicker, change brightness and shift colours following the music melody, reproducing the real water and light night show of the original plaza.
We independently developed the miniature intelligent light control module, realizing cycle automatic light playback. This innovative technology has become a widely replicated case in the architectural model industry.
2. Hyperrealistic Landscape & Vegetation Craftsmanship
All green landscapes are produced with layered simulation techniques.
We use dozens of miniature plant materials to replicate diversified arbors, shrubs and flower beds with distinct height levels and species.
Miniature figures, beach umbrellas, garden facilities and pavement textures are finely handcrafted. The scene achieves nearly photorealistic visual effects, blurring the line between miniature scenery and real urban space.
3. Building Facade & Street Scene Miniature Details
The curved commercial building clusters strictly follow the original architectural drawings.
Tempered transparent acrylic glass simulates curtain wall windows, with printed interior posters and miniature mannequins placed inside each shop to recreate bustling pedestrian street scenes.
LED neon light strips are installed along building roof edges to restore the night urban lighting effect. All pavement, staircases and sunken plazas are strictly scaled down according to CAD blueprints.
